2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products marked as final sale or non-refundable.

You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, refunds may not be possible.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Refundable: Shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
